Daytime Intensive Program:Overview
Daytime Intensive Program is a 10-week intensive course, 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.
The program puts a stress on the acquisition of communication skills such as conversational fluency and works on developing the students’ reading and writing abilities. You will also learn about Japanese manners, culture, and customs.

It consists of 8 levels from beginner to advanced.

- JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test):
- Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT):Japanese language test sponsored by The Japan Foundation and Japan Educatinoal Exhanges and Services. This is the largest number of Japanese test taken all together in the world. There are 5 levels from N1 to N5.
- BJT (Business Japanese Proficiency Test):
- Business Japanese Proficiency Test (BJT): A Japanese language test sponsored by The Japan Kanji Aptitude Testing Foundation. There are 6 levels from J1+ to J5.

[Basic] Yardstick for completion:JLPT N4

- Basic level focuses on elementary communication skills necessary for work and day-to-day life.
- By the completion of Basic 3, the student will have learned conversational skills required for ordinary job performance and daily activity.
- The classes will make effective use of textbooks written in both Japanese and English, as well as picture cards designed to facilitate comprehension.

[Intermediate] Yardstick for completion:JLPT N2

- Intermediate level develops the communication ability needed for handling various situations at work and in daily life.
- The student will learn the proper use of keigo so they may speak appropriate Japanese to their superiors and clients, depending on the person’s status (attitudinal expressions)./li>
- In the classes the student will read business e-mail and correspondence, and write compositions.

Advanced2 BJT J1+ -
- Advanced level hones the communication ability to fluently interact with native Japanese speakers in all contexts both in the office and in day-to-day life.
- The student will master the proficiency to effectively handle grievances, make presentations and conduct business negotiations through role-playing and mock meetings.
